Abby started conducting usability research in the days of 14.4 connections and boy is she glad for high speed internet. She has done UX work for clients in almost every category including entertainment, travel/tourism, healthcare/pharmaceutical, technology, consumer goods and financial services. (She helped build the first web presence for companies such as J Crew and Home Depot.) As Principal of New Leafe Research, Abby has experience with a wide range of online and in-person methodologies, including focus groups, one-on-one interviews, ethnography, online bulletin boards and usability testing. She has been conducting online qualitative research since 1999 and loves integrating technology into research to gain deeper insights. Abby is a past president of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association and a member of UXPA.
