I’m an Experience Researcher at Asana, where I started the discipline about a year and a half ago. We’re focused on helping teams work better together, so they can be their most effective, creative, happiest selves. Asana is an online tool for managing the tasks, communication, and collaboration that enables that teamwork bliss.
Prior to Asana, I helped establish and lead the Experience Research disciplines at Revolution Health and Marriott (did some time in consulting and agency land, too), so my toolkit of systems, templates, and strategies goes deep!
