Jay Zaltzman has conducted a wide variety of user research studies over the years, including usability of websites, mobile apps, software programs and various electronic devices. He recently was part of an international team that conducted mobile research with participants around the world. He is also an experienced qualitative researcher and utilizes his qualitative skills to go beyond usability and also understand users’ motivations and preferences.
