Rebecca West is Global Vice President of Research Services for Civicom®, and a member of the company’s Board of Directors and Management Team. Rebecca established and leads the company’s usability and market research services practice. She works with numerous researchers and related companies, advising and facilitating the delivery of telecommunication and web-enabled usability and marketing research service needs of firms both large and small.
Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Media Studies from the New School for Social Research, where she studied both traditional and emerging media, as well as a certificate from the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program in Managing Professional Service Firms.

Rebecca is a voracious book reader and member of two book groups, most recently participating in a discussion on The Righteous Mind: Why Good People Are Divided By Releigion and Politics. She recently travelled to the Pushkar Camel Festival in India and hiked to the Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan. She is a trained tap dancer in the choreography of Broadway shows and the American Songbook.
